Class Descriptions
Toddler & Preschool Program (Coed)

Our Pre-school program is designed to serve many purposes. It is a great way to network with other parents and let your child socialize with others their age. It allows you to see the natural talents of your child in a safe and very different environment. For those interested in furthering your child in gymnastics it can become a great building block to their gymnastics career. Not to mention that kids love to run, jump, slide, swing, hang, fall, bounce, balance, and just have plain old fun. We have it all here with a very talented and educated staff.

Guppies - (10 months up to 3 ½ years) Parent participation required. This class focuses motor skills, coordination, and social skills through music, free play, and circle time.

Big Guppies - (2 1/2 years up to 5 years) This class is exactly the same as our Guppies class, the only difference is the age.

Kidz Play - (Ages 5 and Under) This is a a parent and me free play hour. It's a great time to interact with your child and explore the world of gymnstics.

Sea Stars - (3 ½ up to 5 years) Intro class which teaches basic gymnastics skills.

Sunfish - (3 up to 4 ½ years) An intermediate class for those children ready for harder elements.

Jellyfish - (4 up to 5 ½ years) An advanced class for those children ready to take on some harder elements.


Girls Gymnastics Program

This is our recreational through competitive program, through this program you just might find your child wanting to excel in one of the top sports in the world. However, if your goal is not to be the next Olympic gymnast, that's fine too. We are here to help build strength, flexibility, stamina, and courage, eliminate fears, and have fun. Please check out the resource section to learn all the benefits gymnastics can provide in your child's life.

Sea Otters - (5 yrs & up) An introduction to the basic gymnastics skills.

Dolphins - (4 ½ & up) This class will focus on learning level 1 elements and skill progressions.

Sting Rays - First level in the Girls Jr. Compulsory Program.

Girls Level 2A - The second level in the Jr. Compulsory Program.

Girls Level 2B - This class will continue to practice in level 2 skills while learning supplementary level 3 skills.

Girls Level 3 - This class will work level 3 in the Jr. Compulsory Program.

Girls Pre-Team - This class will learn the Level 4 Compulsory routines in all events, while working on supplementary Level 5 skills.

Girls Home Team - Competitive Team for Levels 4 and Up.  They travel locally to competitions throughout the year.

Girls Team - Competitive Team for Levels 4 and Up.  They travel state-wide to competitions throughout the year.

Advanced Recreation - Level 2B and up. This is a fun non-level based class that works various skills on all apparatus.

Teen Girls - (12-16 yrs)  This is a beginning gymnastics class that will train progressions  on all events and lead to advanced skills. 
Each class is listed in order of progression within its program.  A         indicates entry level classes.  Gymnasts must be tested to move to the next class level.
Boys Gymnastics

You may call them boys, but really they are just men. Some play hard, others play soft, but they all love to jump, crash, flip, bounce, swing, climb, push, pull, and drive you crazy. That is why gymnastics is a perfect place for your little man. You might even find your little man has a knack for this sport and excels to our competitive team. This is a great way to build strength, discipline, flexibility, motor skills, and coordination.

Makosharks - (Boys 5 & up) An introduction to basic gymnastics skills.

Hammerheads - (Boys 5 & up) This class will focus on learning level 1 elements and skill progressions.

Tigersharks - This class will work on level 2 skills and progressions.

Sawsharks - This class will work on level 3 skills and progressions.

Boys Home Team -  Competitive Team for Levels 4 & up. They travel locally to competitions throughout the year.

Tumbling Classes

So you want gymnastics without all the "stuff"? We got that too!  It's called tumbling. You won't go on bars, beams, p-bars, or high bar. It's all trampolines, and floor...did I mention we have a forty foot tumble trak?  But be warned, these classes just might be too much fun!

Tumble and Tramp – (Co-ed, 5 years and up) This class focuses on tumbling, mini-tramp, trampoline and tumble trak skills. Great cardio!

Tumbling - (Co-ed, 9 and up) This class focuses just on tumbling through the use of the tumble trak and spring floor.


Open Gyms -

These are a blast and we offer them around holidays and summer time. This class is open to boys and girls, ages
6-16. This is an unstructured workout time, but coaches on site for safety.
