Meet the Staff
Our staff goes through gymnastics training workshops, CPR and First Aid Training, and background checks.  We have lesson plan cards that all coaches follow to maintain the integrity and continuity of our program.  Our cards are also synced with our testing sheets so our coaches can prepare them for testing to the next level.

Private Lessons:   Many of our coaches offer private lessons.  Prices vary depending on qualifications of instructors.  Please contact the gym to schedule a private lesson at a time convenient for you.  We offer them seven days a week.

Look for the         symbol for the coaches that offer private lessons.  If you need a recommendation for an instructor that would be most suited for your child's skill level or style of learning, please contact our office manager, Sammy Massie or the owner, Anne Flores at (805) 466-1483.

Sammy Massie (Office Manager and Pre-school Instructor) I participated in gymnastics for two years and had seven years of cheerleading experience. I am currently taking a break from my studies to focus on what I enjoy most...kids! I have been coaching gymnastics, here at PCG since 2005.

Raleigh Carter (Training Consultant)   I have taught gymnastics for 9 years. In 2008 I started coaching competitive gymnastics for PCG. Gymnastics is constantly evolving and taking on new forms, and I want to be one of those coaches that pushes its limits.  I am a professional member of USAG, Safety Certified, and an associate member of the United States Elite Coaches Association.  I am currently going through training to become a certified gymnastics instructor for beginning through elite levels with International Gymnastics Camp.

Tyllila Best  (Level 2- Competitive Team Coach)  I was a gymnast for 18 years.  I competed in over 15 states and made it to two regionals and one national meet.  I have been coaching for almost ten years.  My love for gymnastics helps me appreciate the hard work and dedication of the gymnasts that I coach, because I have endured all the training they have.  After my gymnastics career, I went on to Figure (bodybuilding) competitions.  Working out is my passion!  I really enjoy helping young gymnasts reach their full potential, while boosting their confidence and increasing their skill level and strength.

Jesse Stanley (Boys Level 1-3)  I participated in gymnastics recreationally for a couple of years. Because of my enthusiasm
for gymnastics my coach encouraged me to take up coaching, and my interest continued to grow from there. I am very interested
in filmmaking and enjoy creating my own stories and telling them on screen.

Shelby Stephens (Preschool-Level 2 Instructor)  As a child, I tried just about every sport, but gymnastics I took to naturally. I was a gymnast for a couple of years, competing here and there, but my love for dance and tumbling led me to pursue competitive cheerleading. I competed for a team in Modesto for three years, placing all three years at Nationals in Vegas. Even though I had stopped competing, I continued to tumble, dance, perform, and choreograph, throughout high school. I currently attend Cuesta College, with plans of transfering  to a film school.

Haley Dominquez (Preschool-Level 1 Instructor)  I started out in gymnastics for a few years, and found that when I transitioned to cheerleading, in high school, my gymnastics background was incredibly helpful. I currently am finishing up my studies at Cuesta College where I hope to graduate with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. I enjoy working with children here at PCG and being able to incorporate being active and learning new things.

Kristina Clays (Preschool-Level 1 Instructor)  I was a gymnast for five years. With its mix of strength and beauty, it was easy to love the sport and everything it has to offer. I am currently studying to become a nurse at Cuesta College. I love working with children and when they accomplish a new skill it is rewarding to see their success.

Madison Milton (Level 1-3 Instructor)  I am a former competitive Irish dancer, springboard diver, and swimmer. I've traveled for competitions for both team and solo dancing. I have also coached dance in the past and have found that I enjoy working with children. When my sister joined PCG it was a great opportunity for me to begin coaching gymnastics.

Milan Gilio (Preschool-Level 3 Instructor)  I was a cheerleader for 8 years and a gymnast for 3. In addition to being on a cheer team, I also coached my high schools cheer squad in my first year of college. I have been dancing since I was 4 years old, and my passion for it will only continue to grow. Currently, I am attending Cuesta College in hopes of transferring to either Cal Poly or San Diego State to graduate with a degree in Psychology. I have found that I enjoy working with children so much, that I not only coach here at PCG but teach dance as well at another local facility.
